Pricing questions
How does Shopify billing work?
Billing is handled directly by Shopify through their official billing API. You are charged on your monthly Shopify invoice, like any other app. No card entry on our site, no third-party payment system.
What happens if I exceed my return quota?
New returns beyond the quota do not block the customer portal, but are no longer automatically approved by AI and rules until you upgrade. You can change plans anytime from the app settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Just uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. Billing stops immediately, prorated if you are on a paid plan. Your store data remains exportable for 30 days after uninstallation.
Does the 14-day free trial apply to all plans?
Only paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise). You can test all features without being charged for 14 days. The Free plan is never billed but limited to 5 returns per month.
Why is it cheaper than Loop Returns or Navidium?
Revert is developed by a small team targeting small and medium Shopify stores. We do not carry the commercial overhead of large platforms (sales teams, enterprise dashboards, ERP integrations). We pass that saving on to the price.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, without friction. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. The change takes effect immediately, and Shopify prorates the amount on your monthly invoice.
How are returns counted?
One return = one request submitted by a customer from the portal, this month. Draft returns, returns created manually by your team, and tests do not count.
