What is the support response time?
Within 24 business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm CET) for all plans. Pro and Enterprise plans receive priority.
Which languages is support available in?
English and French. Tickets are handled in the requester's language.
How do I report a bug?
Send an email to support@getrevert.cloud with: a screenshot if possible, the URL concerned, and what you were doing. We reproduce before fixing.
Can you build a specific feature?
